Channel by Channel Conversion Rates in Demand
A channel-by-channel template that you can use to calculate returns on your spend.
You are tasked with generating demand (creating and capturing) with a given budget.
You’re nervous, excited, and eager - but you are unsure where to start, where to allocate the budget, and where you are going generate the pipeline from.
There are a few ways that you can pull insights from (these are what I pull insights from):
Past experiences (you have experience, trust your instincts and that experience)
Peers (who in the industry do you trust?)
Historical data (do you have historical spend/returns data in your CRM?)
Once you have all of these insights, you need to do 2 things:
Forecast - forecast pipeline + revenue by channel
Measure - measure current/past performance by channel
